Surroundings
Rolling hills, gently flowing streams and sunken lanes
Hoeve Krekelberg is located on the northern flank of the South Limburg hills, surrounded by sunken lanes, gently flowing streams, forests and meadows. In this region, nature and cultural history blend effortlessly: castles, mills and old churches appear everywhere, while charming villages invite you to pause and enjoy a local dish.
From the farmhouse, you can step straight into beautiful walking and cycling routes. Via a characteristic path with scenic sunken lanes, you reach the Mulderplas and the historic Alfa Brewery within 10 minutes. The meandering Geleenbeek leads you along quiet paths to the centuries-old Ter Borgh Castle.
