General Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Low season:
In the low season, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival, one night will be charged.

High season and mid season:
In the high and mid season, the camper is required to pay a cancellation fee to the campsite as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date: no cancellation fee

  • Cancellation within 1 month up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date: 25% of the agreed price

  • Cancellation within 7 days up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date: 40% of the agreed price

  • Cancellation within 3 days up to 1 day before the scheduled arrival date: 75% of the agreed price

  • Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed price

Payment Terms

Payment is made upon arrival. No deposit is required.

Nature Camping Card

All campers must be in possession of a Nature Camping Card. This can be purchased upon arrival at the campsite.

Privacy Statement

Your reservation is processed via our reservation system TommyBookingSupport. As part of our services, TommyBookingSupport records personal data (such as your name, address details, email address and telephone number). TommyBookingSupport uses this data for the execution of the relevant agreement.

Your data may also be used by TommyBookingSupport for communication purposes, such as invoices, newsletters or update messages.
